How the 1%-or-less pricing works

Realtogy may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer a listing commission of 1% or less to sellers who agree to use — and end up using — the services of our affiliated title agent in connection with the sale of their property.

We consider, on a case-by-case basis:

The approximate minimum market value of the property
Proximity of the property to our offices and agents' operating areas
Current transaction volume and agent availability
Capacity of our affiliated title agent
General market conditions

Your choice, always

You always retain sole discretion to use our affiliated title agent and receive the discounted pricing, or to use a different title company and pay the standard commission rate. There are other service providers offering the same or similar services — you're free, and encouraged, to shop around.
